Quran Passages

Quran passage and its guidance Connection with Afterlife residing within the living
5:32 — Saving one life is compared with saving humanity. The passage addresses the Children of Israel and includes exceptions concerning murder and corruption. Preserving one person potentially preserves a vessel supporting everyone’s continued existence. This is a parallel, although the verse does not prohibit every killing. Quran.com
5:2 — Cooperate in goodness; avoid cooperation in wrongdoing and aggression. Organize shared effort to strengthen life. Joining destructive activity could undermine the vessels of one’s own future and loved ones. Quran.com
49:13 — Humanity consists of peoples and tribes so they may know one another. Differences provide opportunities for connection.  For an afterlife within the living, strangers and other communities could also carry those whom we love. Quran.com
17:23–24 — Treat parents respectfully and mercifully, especially in old age. Care sustains the people who supported us and the continuity between generations. That responsibility extends to others who might carry our parents after death. Quran.com
17:32–35 — Avoid adultery, protect vulnerable people’s property, honor commitments, and trade fairly. Fidelity, reliable agreements, and fair access to resources preserve the relationships and material support that living vessels need. Quran.com
4:135 — Give truthful testimony and uphold justice, even against yourself or relatives. False testimony can deprive or destroy other people. Protecting them through truth also protects the shared continuation of the Afterlife. Quran.com
59:9 — Praise generosity toward newcomers and freedom from possessive selfishness. This parallels support for the opposite of coveting: strengthen others’ resources and opportunities instead of gaining by weakening them. Quran.com
6:38 — Animals and birds are communities like human communities. This provides a parallel for extending concern beyond humanity, consistent with the broader purpose of sustaining all life and cultures. Quran.com
17:36 — Do not follow claims without knowledge. This supports examining representations and acknowledging uncertainty, including uncertainty about all text as partial perspectives. Quran.com

Two parts require particular care. All writing as a partial representation that must never become unquestionable truth goes beyond the Quran’s caution about unsupported claims: 2:2 presents the scripture as without doubt. Those positions cannot simply be treated as identical. Quran.com

While in contradiction 3:7 distinguishes clear foundational verses from ambiguous ones and warns against exploiting ambiguity to produce misleading interpretations.

Likewise, 23:99–100 describes a barrier after death until resurrection, rather than explicitly locating the deceased within living people. Connecting that description to an Afterlife within the living would require an additional interpretation. Quran.com

Since potentially all persons previously who have lived share in everyone still living, does reincarnation and resurrection mean that those lives can become dominant in someone living?  Charismatic Zealots, the Mentally Impared, and Con Artists frequently pose as the embodiment of God, demons, and other professed entities of power.

The Quran seems to relate preserving life, sustaining relationships, practicing justice, and strengthening one another. These passages can potentially support the conduct based on the interpretation that the Ten Commandments based on an Afterlife within the living.

All people’s afterlife being within the entangled brains of the living seems to support passages of the Quran.
