Copyright and Restrictions on Use and Modification
The original text, illustrations, diagrams, documents, teaching materials, and other copyright-protected works owned by James Dunn and published on Guidepost.us are collectively referred to as the “Materials.” Third-party content remains subject to its respective owners’ rights.
Public access permits personal viewing and reading only. All other rights are reserved, except as expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law.
Without prior written permission from James Dunn, no person or organization may:
- Copy, reproduce, transcribe, download, archive, republish, distribute, sell, or otherwise reuse the Materials beyond the technical copies reasonably necessary for permitted viewing.
- Modify, rewrite, translate, adapt, abridge, rearrange, or create derivative works from the Materials.
- Incorporate the Materials into publications, courses, training programs, products, services, websites, or other distributed works.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, ownership statements, attribution, or notices accompanying the Materials.
Preservation of meaning and authorship
The Materials explain interrelated concepts and relationships. Altering wording, removing qualifications, or separating passages from their context can change their meaning.
No altered version may be represented as the original Materials or as authored, approved, endorsed, or supplied by James Dunn or Guidepost.us. Permission to reproduce a particular work does not include permission to modify it unless that permission expressly authorizes modification.
Purchases and separately licensed materials
Purchasing or receiving a copy does not transfer copyright ownership. Any written license accompanying a purchase or authorized download governs the uses specifically permitted for that copy. Permission for one use does not authorize additional uses.
Legal exceptions
These restrictions are subject to applicable law, including fair use and other copyright exceptions. This notice does not claim exclusive ownership of facts, ideas, concepts, methods, systems, or relationships themselves.
Permission requests
Requests must identify the Materials, the proposed use, any proposed modifications, and the intended distribution. Written authorization must be obtained before proceeding with a use requiring permission.

James Dunn reserves the right to pursue remedies available under applicable law for infringement or breach of an enforceable agreement.
Changes to this Policy
Owner reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time at Owner discretion without notice to User. Any changes to the terms of use will be considered applicable at the time of their posting.
