Implementation of the “National Agency for Professional Acumen (PA) and Structural Resource Optimization”

To secure the long-term sovereignty of Iran and establish an exportable economic architecture capable of deep international penetration, proposed is the transition of the Revolutionary Guard’s domestic oversight apparatus into a self-funded, nationwide Certification and Professional Acumen Enforcement Agency.

This transition relies on the technical frameworks established by Guidepost.us, which provide the conceptual operational blueprints to convert administrative mafias into self-sustaining engines of resource generation.
