Start with a familiar situation. A team calls a missed deadline laziness. Later it learns that essential equipment was unavailable. One interpretation influenced the team’s tone, a colleague’s confidence and the next opportunity to work together.
Notice the PA relationship: Observation → assumption → conveyed disdain → changed participation → new evidence → revised respect and practical support.
Respect, trust, confidence, disdain and opportunity are relational, context-dependent; tone, body language, self-respect, self-esteem, available knowledge and Physical Health can change the interaction. The four PA dimensions are present together. What other explanation or useful resource might be missing?

Minimal shared structure
Each loop records participant perspective, intent, observations, intrinsic PA dimensions, environmental modifiers, actions, consequences, competing explanations, and next feedback events. Participants can share the same descriptive protocol while retaining different conclusions.
Recurring loop families
Interpretation: observation → competing hypotheses → uncertainty → decision. Interaction: communication → reciprocal response → trust calibration → changed opportunity. Consequences: action → short- and long-term effects across all four PA dimensions → feedback → revised objectives. Institutional: member needs → resource allocation → observable outcomes → governance review → adjustment.
Drift and balance
Drift can be productive, exploratory, or destructive. A meaningful balance need not be equilibrium or equal weighting; it is a conditional configuration assessed from explicit perspectives and evidence. Negative feedback can stabilize a system, while reinforcing feedback may amplify both benefit and harm.
