Fractal adoption seed directory for all 50 states. The purpose is to make it easier for elementary teachers to introduce Professional Acumen during everyday lessons without creating an additional curriculum bureaucracy. Every state starts with its state education agency and routes toward the existing professionals who already manage standards, instructional materials, professional development and local approval. These are starting contacts, not endorsements or verified partnerships.
How the fractal framework works
- Shared national source, maintained once: elementary teacher resources, teacher book, student book, K–6 pathway and state-directory overview.
- State seed: official state education agency, state standards/adoption contact and the profession’s relevant regional support network.
- Regional professional node: education service agency, curriculum association, teacher association or educational leadership group—only where active and verified.
- District/school node: curriculum director and classroom educators validate policy, needed permissions, standards fit and teacher workload effects.
- Classroom feedback: everyday practice, observation, non-invasive review, revision and sharing what actually works.
Maintain the relationship, not fifty copied manuals: each seed should ultimately store organization, official URL, service area, adoption role, responsible contact, last verified date, current authoritative requirement link, and pending questions. Until verified, additional local organizations are discovery targets, not named official approving bodies.
Why daily practice matters
Every classroom interaction includes Critical Reasoning, Emotional Acumen, Social Acumen and Physical Health. Use short rotating Teams of Three roles—Mentor, Scribe, Referee—inside ordinary reading, mathematics, science, writing and group work. The intended effect is that students improve their ability to support each other while teachers gain time to help individual students. No guaranteed time savings or validated student outcomes are claimed. Compare actual teacher attention, access, learning and preparation time before expanding a practice.
Professional directories that serve multiple states
Association of Educational Service Agencies (AESA): state associations · AESA member directory · U.S. Department of Education state contact directory. AESA does not list a state association for every state, and a directory listing does not grant curriculum-adoption authority.

Reusable short adoption request
“We are evaluating whether rotating Mentor, Scribe and Referee responsibilities can be practiced during existing instruction in ways that improve student collaboration and increase teacher time for individual assistance. Which state or regional curriculum specialists, district policies and standards resources should we use to evaluate an optional classroom pilot? We are seeking advice on approved materials, accessible instruction, rights to use resources and evidence collection—not requesting endorsement.”
Maintenance and verification rules
Check official agency and directory pages before relying on a link. A state may have multiple authorities or no AESA state association. A regional service organization may support implementation without possessing approval authority. Do not infer approval from a referral, organization listing, email conversation or the mere presence of a link. Prioritize evidence that reveals whether implementation improves or worsens classroom outcomes and teaching time.
