Member Participation and Forum Development
Develop materials, compare experience, and examine organizational decisions together.
Proposed verified-member forum
Planned areas include foundations, teaching, applications, certification, governance, funding, and research. Verification and interactive discussion are not yet enabled. This page defines intended participation.
Contribution records
State the setting, problem, people affected, resources, contribution, and observed result. Preserve evidence and uncertainty. Link revisions so others can follow how ideas change.
Discussion and disagreement
Question interpretations, add evidence, propose alternatives, and preserve unresolved differences. Useful review develops the idea and reveals limitations.
Discussion connected to decisions
Connect governance discussion to proposals, eligibility, named votes, optional 500-character explanations, results, and corrections. Connect teaching discussion to materials, practice, and outcomes. Distinguish proposed work from operating services.

DEMO-DEC-02 · Fund a bounded shared-resource pilot
Proposal: allocate a fictional $1,400 seed for documented shared access, supported practice, independent checks and held contribution rewards. The conversion casebook CV-01 supplies the teaching context; it is not a real appropriation.
Invented rules: five eligible members, one unit each; quorum three valid submitted ballots including Abstain/Blank; approval strictly more Yes than No, with at least one Yes/No; no replacement/revocation. All totals are provisional. This fixture is an open voting phase without a live deadline; actual dates/method/authority must be configured before a real ballot.
Loading the local demonstration. If controls do not initialize, use the specification; no submission service is available.
Provisional count
Verification is separate from approval
Luis’s fictional receipt says Yes; the initial ledger interpretation says No. The original event and first published value remain in history when an independently checked correction is simulated.
This uses a prewritten fictional source check. It is not an independent investigation or permission for an administrator to change real votes.
All eligible members and the current named ledger
Members can inspect every named entry and optional exact reason. No submission, declared abstention and a deliberately blank ballot are separate states.

Source receipt and ledger comparison
A real receipt would also preserve actual receipt time, proposal version, entitlement, original source reference and safe member access. The fixture’s event IDs/times and source text are invented. Arrival does not itself mean counted or certified.
Every member’s history remains inspectable
Preserved recording/correction history
The initial published interpretation of event E02 was No; the original fictional submission/receipt was Yes. The correction log appends the before/after interpretation, evidence, reviewer, reason and count effect. Original submissions are not overwritten.
Board accountability and linked discussion · fictional view
| Director | Recorded participation | Reason / follow-through |
|---|---|---|
| Devon Reed | Recused · no vote counted | Disclosed provider relationship; independent review route required. Actual quorum treatment unresolved until valid Board rules are configured. |
| Elena Park | Yes · proposed conditional decision | Require named ledger export, fixed reviewer pay and source access. Selection is not final or a contract. |
| Omar Ellis | Abstain | No explanation submitted. Abstention is not recusal or absence. |
Discussion: an invented member asks whether Luis’s No matches his receipt. Assigned owner: independent demo checker; status: unresolved until source comparison, followed by linked correction C01. Another asks for the provider’s fixed fee, conflicts and export test. Owner: records lead; status: awaiting evidence. No live forum, messages or actual provider review exist.
Record exact proposal, lawful authority, notice, participation/quorum, named choices/abstention/recusal, optional reasons, dissent, implementation owner/resources and review. Moderation may not rewrite ballots, alter eligibility or erase business read access. The member-resolution tally above does not calculate a valid Board action.
Reset clears only this page’s invented entries. It does not erase any organizational record. See the specification and unresolved launch gates. Existing membership/forum sections remain proposed; no service is enabled.
